Product Overview​​

Xwell's LATP (Lithium Aluminum Titanium Phosphate) solid-state electrolyte sheets are high-performance ceramic membranes for all-solid-state lithium batteries. With NASICON-type crystal structure and air stability, these white ceramic sheets (13±0.1mm diameter) enable safe and efficient ion transport (0.7 mS/cm at 25°C) without requiring glovebox handling.

Handling Protocol​​

1. ​​Surface Preparation​​

   • Polish with 1μm alumina slurry to remove Li₂CO₃ layer
   • Sputter gold electrodes (1-10Ω surface resistance)

2. ​​Cell Assembly​​

   • Use CR2032 coin cells with molten Li anode
   • Apply gradual pressure (watch for shell deformation)

3. ​​Testing​​

   • EIS measurement range: 1MHz-0.1Hz
   • Thermal aging test @100°C recommended
