Product Overview​​

Xwell's niobium-tantalum co-doped LLZTO (300nm particle size) is a high-performance cubic garnet electrolyte for solid-state lithium batteries. This white powder material delivers 0.8-3 mS/cm ionic conductivity at room temperature while maintaining exceptional stability with both cathode and anode materials.

1. ​​Enhanced Conductivity​​

   • Nb/Ta co-doping stabilizes cubic phase for 3× higher conductivity than undoped LLZO
   • Low grain boundary resistance (<10 Ω·cm² after sintering)

2. ​​Electrode Compatibility​​

   • Stable with NCM811 cathodes (up to 4.3V)
   • Minimal reaction with lithium metal anodes

3. ​​Processing Flexibility​​

   • Suitable for:
     • Dry pressing (300-500 MPa)
     • Tape casting (slurry formulation available)
     • Sintering (900-1100°C)
